Cream on Cream.

Afternoon fellow crafters, I don't know about you but I enjoy using dies as they always give such a good finish and are so detailed. These that  I have used are no exception and I hope you like the resulting card that is in celebration of Easter and   ODBD "Shining the Light Challenge" as they are celebrating their 6th Anniversary. The base card is hammered cream card stock and I used the same for all the flowers and lace work. I embossed a piece of the card with a Sissix corner embossing folder and cut around the design with scissors then laid it over the Chantilly lace corner to add more depth and dimension.

Morning Everyone todays card is a change of theme for me as it's a while since I did anything vintage and I was browsing one of the digi sites on my blog and came across this one which reminded me of my mother a long time ago. The inspiration for the layout came from Digi Sketch Challenge Blog who's theme is Fantasy ( my mam said the picture fit the bill as she was fantasizing about days when she had a figure like that)lol. Hope you like it.

Blossoms

Morning everyone, hope you have had a Blessed Sunday. This card is a quick one I made using some downloaded papers that I have had for a long time so sorry I am not sure where they came from but it was called a Blossoms Gatefold card kit. I cut out the flowers and added them with 3 d foam and the sentiment was stamped onto a topper to the inside. Glitter was added to the flowers but doesn't really show up on the pictures. I'm looking forward to tomorrows challenge. Have a lovely evening...

Deconstructed Ted

Evening Happy Crafters. Hope you have had some of the gorgeous sunshine we had here in Cardiff today it has been glorious and memories of all the rain have all but abated. I have stocked up on some crafting goodies today and as it's one of our granddaughters birthdays at the beginning of April I put together this card. For a bit of inspiration I thought I'd follow Deconstruction Jen's sketch "Deconstructed Sketch 142" and hope you like the result. The papers and topper were from Forever Friends craft notes collection and the main teddy on the topper was decoupaged with 3d foam for extra dimension.
Have a good evening...

Meadow Grasses

Oops this one kind of snook in and is another watercolour just mounted with a backing paper and adhered to card stock.....

New Baby

Evening all, just a quick card this evening as its been a busy day sorting out and de-cluttering. Then we nipped out this evening for an Indian meal with our daughters which was a welcome impromptu invitation but having eaten too much we just settled down to watch a film for the rest of the evening. Hope you have had a lovely one too. Hope you like the card and if you need any details please ask.
